When customers call your 1300 or 1800 number, calls are diverted and terminated to a number of your choice, such as a: 

•    fixed line (geo number – i.e. 02, 07 etc)
•    broadband voice (VoIP) account, or
•    mobile phone

This gives you flexibility and control over your call routing. We also offer call performance reporting not available in basic landline services.
